How to Block Cookies

The main browser types are listed below. If you have a different browser type, please refer to the 'Help' file or your handbook.

Windows PC

Internet Explorer 9.0

Click on the Settings(Gear) icon and select Internet Options

Click the Privacy tab

Move the slider to choose your preferred settings

The default setting is medium and the menu allows you to select the level of "filtering" on the basis of (a) the source of the cookie and (b) whether the source has a privacy policy

For more specialized cookie settings, click on "Advanced"

Under History select "Use custom settings for History" from the drop down

Click the "Show advanced settings" link

Click the "Content Settings..." button
